Build Your Career in Practice Management at SMART Spot

At SMART Spot, we believe our team members do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and inspired.

Our clinic was created to provide children and families with thoughtful, evidence-based support and to create a workplace where clinicians and practice managers can build sustainable, fulfilling careers.

When you join SMART Spot, you’re joining a team that cares deeply about connection, collaboration and meaningful outcomes for children.

What Makes SMART Spot Different

A boutique practice with strong foundations

SMART Spot is a well-established paediatric Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy practice with a strong reputation across the Albury region.

You’ll be joining a practice with established systems, documented processes and a clear vision for the future. We’ve worked hard to build strong foundations so our Practice Manager can focus on leading, improving and growing the practice.

A small, experienced team

We believe great people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported and valued.

You’ll lead and support a small team of experienced senior clinicians and administration staff who care deeply about the work they do. Our culture is collaborative and connected, we share ideas, solve problems together and genuinely celebrate each other’s successes.

Opportunities to grow â€‹

We are passionate about supporting our team’s professional development.

At SMART Spot you’ll have opportunities to:

  • deepen your knowledge

  • develop areas of interest or specialisation

  • access ongoing training and professional development

  • play an active role in supporting our next chapter by identifying opportunities, strengthening our systems and helping turn great ideas into action.

A workplace that values balance

We believe a meaningful leadership career doesn't have to mean working five days a week. This is a genuine senior leadership opportunity across three days per week, working closely with our Director and Clinical Team Leader and having real influence over people, operations and the future direction of the practice. It’s an opportunity to do interesting, meaningful work and make an impact while still having room for everything else that matters outside of work.

  • enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and families

  • are curious and committed to ongoing learning

  • value connection, kindness and teamwork
