Celebrating our team

At SMART Spot, we’re constantly inspired by the dedication, growth, and passion our team brings to their work. As Term 4 moves full steam ahead, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate some of the exciting things happening across our clinic.

Every week looks a little different at SMART Spot, and that’s what makes our team so special. Here’s a glimpse into what everyone’s been up to lately:

• Kristyn has been completing autism assessments and supporting families through the diagnostic process with warmth, compassion, and care.

• Ronnie has been running her Parenting Program for Parents of Autistic Children, empowering families with strategies to better understand and support their children.

• Josette and Bianca have been out in the community, presenting to local preschools on how to nurture early language development.

• Mary has been expanding her clinical expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), continuing to grow her knowledge in this area.

• Grace has been leading our Language Lab Group, helping school-aged children strengthen their language skills in fun and engaging ways.

• Tenille has been refining clinic automations and streamlining internal systems to make things run even more smoothly behind the scenes.

• Emma has been diving deeper into professional learning in Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and diagnostic assessment to further support her clinical work.

• Tahnee has been completing a Practice Management Course, strengthening leadership and systems to support the ongoing growth of our clinic.
